A natural connector of people and ideas, Tracy is passionate about the changing nature of work and how this drives business success and innovation.
Before BizDojo Tracy lead a number of high profile strategic programmes of work to drive economic growth - including the establishment of Auckland’s innovation precinct, GridAKL. She also brings a global perspective to BizDojo. Previously with Streaming Media Inc., Tracy was a pivotal force in a company that helped shape and propel the streaming media industry. She played a key role in building communities, conversations and networking with that industry, first in London, and later expanding her work to San Francisco and leading their launch into Hong Kong.
Tracy’s understanding of government goals and a strong working knowledge in the global tech sphere comes in handy in overseeing the direction of the GridAKL innovation and tech hub.

Eva is a self-confessed ‘compulsive introducer of cloud software to strangers’, and this specific enthusiasm has taken her from New Zealand to the UK and back again. Her professional involvement in the tech startup scene encompasses lead generation, relationship management, marketing, sales, events and communications.
As Global Brand Manager for djca, Eva helped steer company expansion from New Zealand to London during a phase of high growth. She was a familiar face at the Google Campus in London, and comes to BizDojo well-versed in the language and joys of coworking and collaboration.
Practical tech nous and obvious people skills mean Eva brings a great balance to her role as GridAKL’s Activation Manager. Speaking of balance, did we forget to mention Eva’s other lives as a footballer and circus enthusiast?

Anya is a digital native who’s happy living life 140 characters at a time. She has been working in and around marketing and communications for the past 10 years, and sharing the experience through everything from Geocities to Tumblr.
A fascination with tech and how people communicate digitally has led Anya to some interesting places - from an editorial role in the then-Qantas Media Award winning nzgirl.co.nz team to being invited to speak at both #SMACKL and Marketing Meet Conference, to selection for the Lifehack social good based hackathon in 2013.
Her experience both in-house and as a consultant to future thinking, high profile lifestyle and fashion brands means Anya can recognise a trend before it’s even been dreamed. Her wealth of knowledge in both traditional and social media is complemented by a background in design, illustration and political science.

We’d call Casey a triple-threat but that would limit us to speaking about only three of her multiple mad skills. Her organisational and project delivery abilities have been honed through work in a broad range of industries including hospitality, events, film and the creative arts.
Casey has offered on-set support for the cast and crew of the Spartacus TV series, helped deliver festivals including Shotover Sunshine and Rhythm and Alps, and brings a love of achieving results with diverse groups of people to her role as GridAKL’s Community and Events Coordinator.
She holds a Political Science/ Sociology degree and has a flair for the written word, with a passion for engaging content creation, storytelling and community connection.
